T.O.P.E.M. – U™
T.O.P.E.M. – U™, Targeted Outcomes Performance and Evaluation Metrics, is a web-based, interactive database designed by the Office of the Vice President for Health Sciences at Virginia Commonwealth University to facilitate the development, reporting and evaluation of key higher education performance indicators, and to provide executive management with the data necessary to accurately measure outcomes related to strategic and operational resource planning. Key performance indicators included in T.O.P.E.M. – U™ are:
